Finding a buyer for your business in record time

To find a buyer for your business quickly there has to be motivation on both the seller and the listing/selling broker.  The broker is dependent on the information you give them.  Simply put, the more information the more money your will get.  As brokers all we are doing is show and tell but the more great things we know the more excited we become and can transfer that excitement to the buyer.  Business sales in the 30K-150K range are mainly based on the emotion of the buyer.  Yes numbers and financials are important and necessary but it has been proven that emotion is the reason a buyer puts down a deposit.  Let's keep the emotions positive and successful and with a purpose to help others as you will be successful if you help others achieve there goals.
